Morning - Visit of Pistoia Underground, don’t miss the opportunity to walk under the city in a secret path built 2000
years ago.
Sweet and savory tasting in a suggestive location, you will taste Tuscan delicatessen such ham with home
made schiacciata (kind of bread), cheese with truffle honey or cantucci biscuit with vin santo.. you will love this place
and its food!
Afternoon – Visit of a local winery and its cellar. Discover the hidden fragrances of each wine, appreciate their unique
characteristics and of course taste them!

Afternoon – Visit of a local diary farm. Visit the stock-breeding, and the discover the art of transforming milk into a
tasty and unique food, one of the symbols of Italy abroad and a precious item of the culture of this area.
