This building, near to the enchanting city of Pisa, is located inside one of the 4 winemaking estates owned by the Castellani family and it is completely surrounded by 40 hectares of vineyards.
The entrance anticipates the area in which you will spend your stay; a long cypress tree lined avenue, the fields and the surrounding cultivated vineyards, these will lead to up to this beautiful country home to which much attention has been paid and which will allow you to taste the naturalness of Tuscany. This is a building that is composed of exclusive independent apartments that have recently been renovated especially in order to offer the client a cosy environment yet at the same time the luxury and the comfort of a holiday.
The guests have at their disposal a private swimming pool (open only in summer), a small lake, jogging routes around the vineyards together with mountain bike trails. The "wine tour" trail is very particular, as the clients will be accompanies to the other family estates so that they can see and have a first hand experience of all the wine making procedures and then to finish off with a wine tasting session of a wide range of wines. Moreover, the hotel has a small wellness centre: a sauna, a relaxation room at the clients' disposal, massages and beauty treatments upon request. During the season, it will also be possible, upon request, for the guests to take part in the harvest.

The rooms

The Estate has independent apartments which have been created in the Tuscan style yet furnished guided by the best designers who have taken care of the exclusive details as well as the harmony of colours.
Our selection of apartments for you:
Olive apartment: this is on two floors: on the first floor, at the entrance, there is a large lounge with a TV Lcd, a large sofa and desk. A small bedroom with bunk beds and a fully-equipped kitchen that overlooks a fully-equipped garden with chairs and tables for you to have your lunch outside.
On the upper floor, there is a splendid bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, furnished and great attention has been paid even to the smallest details, together with the bedroom.
Piazzetta apartment: this is on one floor and it is very romantic: it has a small entrance hall, a bedroom with a double four-poster bed. A corridor will then lead you from the bedroom to the bathroom and to the kitchen. Also in this case, as for the bathroom there are two toilets, a bathtub and a shower as well as a fully-equipped kitchen which overlooks a small garden.
La Torre apartment: the most particular thing about this apartment is the fact that it has a vertical expansion, right inside what is the tower of the building itself. Great attention has been paid to detail, with personalised laundry and chinaware. On the first floor there is a large lounge with a TV as well as the bathroom and the kitchen. On the second floor you will find a reading corner, set underneath an arcade with a sofa that faces the hills. On the third floor you can find 2 double rooms and finally on the fourth floor there are two large fully-equipped terraces with a gazebo and deck chairs.
La Scala apartment: It has a wonderful, bright and very spacious entrance hall with a large lounge with a sofa, TV, desk, bathroom and a kitchen. On the upper floor you can find a relaxing corner with a small sofa and finally there is the double bedroom.

This building offers you the possibility to breathe the Tuscan country air with its vineyards, its trees and its nature. Strategically positioned between the sea and the enchanting cities of art, it is, above all, recommended for those who wish to relax, practice sport homely holiday. It is advisable to use a car as it is necessary for you to travel around, to reach the golf courses or to visit the surrounding areas.
