Tuscany owes its wealth and its origins from the land. Extremely fertile green hills on which almost everything is cultivated. There is a naturally mild climate in spring and summer whilst it is rainy in autumn; in addition, its particular geographical position has made Tuscany an exceptionally fertile and generous location.
Every authentic farmhouse has its own kitchen garden where delicious tomatoes, courgettes, carrots and black kale. It is actually the black kale that is the main ingredient of a typical Tuscan soup, the "ribollita". The only real danger for gardens and vegetable plots are the many wild animals present in the area

Should you decide that during your holiday you don’t want to limit yourself to only tasting the delicacies prepared by excellent chefs, then why don’t you take part in a cookery lesson? Guided by an exceptional chef, you will learn all the secrets of Tuscan cuisine. Our chef will heartily receive you in the magic atmosphere of an antique renaissance villa or a farm house, where, following customary introductions, he will show you the menu that will always include a starter, one or two fresh pasta dishes as first courses (that you will make with your own hands), a second course with a side dish and a dessert. All recipes are typically Tuscan. All together you will taste what you have prepared, accompanied by excellent wine.
Upon your return home, you will then be able to astonish your friends by offering them a Tuscan dinner worthy of a great restaurant.
